The “Hemam Youth Organization for Culture and Developme” is an independent, non-governmental youth organization not associated with any political or partisan bodies. It is registered and licensed to work in Iraq according to the registration certificate numbered (IP2005013) issued by the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations. It is concerned with developing the skills of youth and educating them as they are the basic building block in building every society. Motahdhar has enormous talents and energies capable of change if it is given the tools that require them to achieve every success. The organization also aims to motivate young people and make them aware of the importance of collective volunteer work, and enhance their effective participation in cultural conferences and seminars, which gives them self-confidence, self-esteem, a sense of the value of work, and the translation of feelings of loyalty.
