HEMAM ALSHABAB for Culture and Development is an independent, non-governmental youth
organization that is not affiliated with any political or party entities, registered and licensed to
work in Iraq according to the numbered registration certificate (IP2005013) Issued by the NGO
Service for the Development of Young People's Skills and Education as the building block of
every civilized society possessing tremendous talents and energies capable of change if it has
the tools to achieve every success. The organization also aims to motivate and sensitize young
people on the importance of collective volunteering to promote their active participation in
cultural conferences and symposiums, thereby giving them self-confidence, self-esteem, a
sense of value for work, translating feelings of loyalty and belonging into reality, and investing
time in noble, good work. Young people are the important productive segment of any society
and depend on them for building, developing and advancing societies.
